I can't remember how I found your website - browsing one of the reptile websites I'm sure (ks.com, mp.com). I had ordered from you last year and was very impressed with your service and product. The rodents came promptly, they were clean and well packaged. The vacuum packaging is a great idea - they really store well. The next time I needed to place an order you were out of what I needed so I went with rodentpro. What a disappointment they were - the rats were messy, covered in feces and bedding and packed poorly in freezer bags. I will happily continue to order from you and to recommend you to my other reptile owning friends in the future. Thanks,
