I made my first order a few weeks ago. I wasn't sure what to expect because I've never bought mice online before. I was pleasantly surprised to get my order promptly and extremely well packed. Not just a paper sack with ice packs but a heavy duty box with real insulation wrapping the sealed plasitic bag and kept cold with actual dry ice. A superior product delivered professionally.
