All frozen orders are shipped via FedEx Ground, Overnight, 2nd Day or by Delta Dash or Greyhound Express on larger orders. We only can ship Fed Ex ground to FL, AL, GA, SC, NC, TN and VA. We can also ship 3 day ground to : TX, LA, MS, OK, AR, TN, KS, MO, IL, WI, IN, OH, KY, WV, PA, NJ, NY for $10 more than the shipping you are quoted.. This will automatically be added once the order is placed. This is for the extra dry ice needed to last the extra day. If you choose ground shipping to other states, you will be charged for 2nd day service. You may call for a quote prior to ordering or use the online shipping calculator in the shopping cart.

If Delta Dash is chosen then you must pickup the shipment at the Airport of your choice. This method is good for up to 1 box with a maximum weight of 75 pounds. If the weight is over 75# or shipment takes more than one box then your shipment will be sent via Delta Priority First at an additional shipping charge.
If Greyhound Package Express is chosen you must pickup the shipment at the nearest Greyhound bus terminal. This method is good for up to 1 box with a maximum weight of 100 pounds. If the weight is over 100# the shipment will be split into two or more boxes as needed. A charge of $50 will be charged for each additional box. Aprox 10-15# of Dry Ice are used in each box.
*All frozen orders are shipped in insulated boxes with dry ice (aprox 10-15 pounds per box) to assure it arrives to you frozen. No Box Charge
*We reserve the right to adjust the shipping rate if the computer figures it out incorrectly.
*All orders must be pre-paid by Mastercard, Visa, Discover, Pay Pal, check (5 days to clear) or money order.
*All orders are shipped on Mondays & Tuesdays to ensure that no shipment sits in a warehouse over the weekend.
*All orders must be placed by Saturday night 6pm EST in order to go out the following week. Any orders received after the Saturday cut off will be shipped 1 week later. If there is any for seen delay due to availability, you will be contacted either by e-mail or phone.
*We sign off on all orders. You will get an e-mail when your order is shipping which will include a tracking number. If you do not receive the order by the expected date in the e-mail let us know. You must contact us within 24 hours of the delivery with any problems with an order.
